Discovery

Understanding your current situation, goals, work done to date, and obstacles that might be in the way forms the foundation of our partnership for success. Activities typically include executive interviews, organizational assessment surveys, document review, and market / competitor research.

Diagnosis

Synthesizing what we have learned during discovery, we apply our experience and expertise and work with you to refine our assessment for relevance and fit with your organization. Based on this we co-construct the case for change to mobilize the organization to action.

Design

We architect your destination blueprint and road map from Strategy to Value and refine it with you so it is your plan, not ours. The scope depends on your needs and strategic aspirations. We plan timing, identify who needs to be involved, determine capability and resource needs and choose success metrics.

Deploy

We co-manage and assist in implementing your roadmap. We help identify and manage risks and adjust the plan, if needed, to ensure relevance and long-term success. Implementation can be over multiple phases for a major transformation or over a single phase for more discrete efforts like initiative management.

Manage

Deployment is really the beginning. We establish the governance processes to monitor, manage and sustain progress and ensure benefit realization. While responsibility typically shifts to the client at this stage, we provide coaching, facilitation, and advisory support to maintain momentum and continuous improvement.
